- Optimized the fetching of Gene IDs from JSON files by using pagination feature in JavaScript and of Tumor Types from Firebrowse RESTful API, decreasing the load time to a few milliseconds.
- Queried mRNA sequence data using Firebrowse RESTful API to extract associated genotypic and phenotypic features from GDC API, utilizing parallel programming principles to input 200% more data with 50% increase in speed.
